What Size Am I?
When buying your new maternity wardrobe online we know that one of
the most commonly asked questions is what size should I go for?
Therefore to help you understand what size is right for you and
your new figure we have designed an easy to use guide below. All of
our maternity clothes are rigorously fit tested on pregnant women
to ensure that they are comfortable, value for money and will fit
you as your body changes shape throughout your pregnancy and
beyond.
Our fit testing and measurements are based on statistics from a
large number of women across the size range based on their
pre-pregnancy clothing size and then taking measurements as their
pregnancy advances, to enable us to obtain an average pregnancy
measurement for that clothing size. Therefore if you were a size 12
prior to becoming pregnant we recommend in the majority of cases
that you order size 12 for your maternity
wardrobe.
However, if you are still uncertain of your size, then on the chart
below, we have given the measurements for each size of garment.
Please note that whilst we work to these guidelines certain styles
and fabrics may vary slightly. All Crave Maternity clothing has
been designed to fit as you grow and change shape, whilst making
you feeling fabulous throughout your
pregnancy..

How to measure your
body:
Bust: Measure around
the fullest part of your bust.
Waist: Measure
around the natural waist keeping the tape measure slightly loose,
as a guideline this is approx 17cm/6.5in below
armhole.
Hip: Measure around
the fullest part of your hips. As a guideline this is approx
20cm/8in from waist.
Inside leg: Measure
from the top of your inside leg to the floor.
Dress Length: Length given is taken
from the top of the shoulder to the back
hem.
Skirt Length: Length
given is a worn length and is taken from approx 10cm/4in below the
waist to the hem.

Shopping with
Crave Maternity couldn’t be easier. If you prefer to speak to
someone to place your order then you can call our customer service
agents on 0844 800 0478 who will be able to help you with your
choices and answer any questions you may have at the same
time. You can call us
between 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Alternatively
if you are based in or around London you might prefer to visit
our flagship store at

Road.

You will
receive a confirmation email from Crave Maternity, shortly after
completing your order. Please note that depending on the security
levels of your computer this email may go to your junk box or even
be rejected by your server. Increasingly Internet Service Providers
(ISPs) are using more sophisticated filtering systems to stop spam
reaching our in boxes and this means that they occasionally
intercept genuine emails, such as ours. In many instances neither
we nor you are notified that this has happened. To guard against
this, please add Crave Maternity to your list of trusted
senders.
If you are
uncertain whether your order has been received then please email sales@cravematernity.co.uk
to confirm if we have received your
order.
We know how
important receiving your items quickly is to you and therefore we
aim to despatch all orders, where items are in stock, within 48
hours. We use either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Parcelforce
signed for to ensure as speedy a delivery as possible. Since your
order is sent out requiring a signature we are happy to deliver to
a different address to the billing address. Please specify this in
the delivery section prior to completing your order. Should Royal
Mail or Parcelforce attempt to deliver your package and there not
be anyone available to sign for it, they will leave a card through
the door so that you can call to re-arrange delivery or you can
pick it up from your local
depot.
Although we
use a recorded delivery service which should ensure your parcel
reaches you within 3 working days after the date of despatch,
parcels do on occasion not arrive within the timescale expected.
This is rare and in the event of this happening we will endeavour
to find out where it is within the postal network for you.
Unfortunately we cannot deem a parcel as missing until 10 working
days from the date of
despatch
All orders
should arrive with both an invoice for the items within that parcel
and a despatch note which has a returns form on the back. Please
complete the Returns form and put it inside the parcel with the
item/s you wish to return. Please state on the form whether you
require an exchange or a refund. Items must be returned unworn and
in perfect condition within 14 days from date of
despatch.
Yes,
regretfully this is a direct cost and cannot be refunded. For your
own security we do recommend that you obtain as a minimum a proof
of postage certificate from the post office as we cannot be held
responsible for parcels lost on return to
us.
Occasionally
we accidentally make a mistake and are very sorry for the
inconvenience this may cause you. Please return the items to us by
Royal Mail having obtained a proof of postage and enclosing the
returns form with details of the mistake or a note for our
attention, both stating the cost of returning the items to us. Upon
receipt we will refund the postage and arrange delivery of the
correct
item
All returns
are opened and checked on the day they are received however it may
take a couple of days for the information to be available to the
customer services agent. Regretfully at this time we are unable to
acknowledge that the return has been received automatically but
should you wish confirmation please email us at
sales@cravematernity.co.uk, stating your order number for
reference.
We aim to
have your exchanged item delivered to you within 7 days. Should the
item you require be out of stock we will contact you to offer a
replacement or discuss what you would like us to do for
you.
Refunds are
processed weekly and therefore we say to allow up to 28 days for
this to show on your credit card
statement.
Unfortunately
due to the many different elements involved in the process of
making garments, delays do sometimes occur. Whilst we do try to
keep all customers updated in the event of delays should you wish
to enquire about a particular item please do not hesitate to
